DAIMEC Srl is a reality born of the merger of two companies located in Brescia (Italy) and mainly deals with
the manufacture of furniture accessories.
Equipped with CAD-CAM software, the company can support the customer and boast to keep the entire production cycle within its plant, from die casting to product finishing.
The company offers its customers solutions that represent the highest levels for design, innovation and choice of materials , as well as a guarantee of flexibility and speed in the delivery process.
Located in Bedizzole (Brescia, Italy), the company houses sites for die-casting, cleaning and the grinding of metal parts , all of which are managed by sophisticated robotic machines that allow a full control of all stages of the product manufacturing. Mechanical processes with CNC machines are also carried out.

Our foundry is equipped with fully automated small and medium-sized tonnage machines. The department guarantees a high production capacity, under the highest control of parameters and following the strictest quality procedures.
We perform milling and turning with CNC machines and highly specialized and experienced technicians to ensure maximum efficiency with the customer. We respond to requests for samples and the production of medium / large series. We work with metals such as aluminum, brass, iron, stainless steel and zamak.
We grind and polish any piece starting from the rough. The product is prepared with targeted cycles, thus guaranteeing a high-level product, free of impurities. For more complex products we offer robotic polishing and perform ceramic tumbling finishing and vibrofinishing.
Through our partner company, we can offer galvanic surface treatments with frames at targeted cycles, guaranteeing a high quality product free of impurities. The finishes are: aluminum chrome, chrome, copper, gold, satin nickel, black nickel and pearl nickel
